Due to Covid-19, Xclusive Bling’s Return & Refund Policy has changed.

For hygienic reasons, Xclusive Bling will no longer accept returns for fashion jewelry. Please email our Customer Care at orders@myxclusivebling.com if you need assistance with an order you have already placed.

Jewelry items that arrive damaged must be reported within 10 days of you receiving your package. You may report damaged items by completing the Refund Request Form. If approved you will receive your choice of a refund or store credit.

To access the Refund Request Form go to My Account. You will see the Refund Request Form in your account menu on the left when you have an order that is eligible for a refund.

Custom Name Necklaces Return & Refund Policy. Please understand your personalized jewelry is made just for you. There is no stock. However, if your necklace is made with mistakes that is our fault you are eligible for a refund or duplicate necklace at no extra charge. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at orders@myxclusivebling.com, we will see if we can do anything to help you. 

Please make sure your name is spelled correctly. The name will be made exactly how you write it in the text box. So if you write “vanessa” the name will be made with all lowercases, and not “Vanessa”.
