We apologize if this happens. Sometimes our payment processor will fail in the background and automatically try again. This will result in a duplicate charge. If the charge is still pending our payment processor and your bank will communicate this error and fix it on their end. If the charge has cleared please contact us so that we can fix the duplicate charge on our end.
Orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed. Sometimes we are able to get orders out sooner. Check your account to see if your order has shipped out. Once your order has shipped you will be able to track your package all the way to your doorstep.
If you have received the wrong item in your package please send let us know. We will ask that you send us a photo of what you received and double check your order. We may ask you to send us the wrong item. If we do will provide the label for you to send it back.

If the package was delivered to the address provided there is nothing more for us to do. If the package was delivered to a different address we can help you contact the United States Postal Service to remedy the problem. Sometimes they can retrieve the package and redeliver.
